    Verdict

SALUTI is having a first run over 5f but is a free-going sort who probably has the pace to cope. He won over 6f here last year and is only 2lb higher so is preferred to stablemate Lathom and also Savalas. The latter didn’t get much of a run when fifth at Haydock earlier this month and the third in that race won on Wednesday. Harome was hampered on his reappearance and has slipped a further 3lb down the ratings so has strong claims and Mokaatil is also starting to look well treated. Canford Bay is consistent but gets little respite from the handicapper as a consequence.
