    Verdict

Recent Bath winner Tralee Hills has the significant advantage of Simon Walker in the saddle as he tries to defy a 6lb rise. Mearing bids for a third win in four starts and should have the ground to suit but fellow three-year-old KANNAPOLIS is better drawn and has been a model of consistency off this mark lately. Joanna Mason will give Mick Easterby’s charge a good ride and he could be a bit of value in a wide-open finale in which Redcar scorer See The Sea can also figure. Edgar Allan Poe is another to consider along with Serena Brotherton’s mount French Resistance. Emerald Rocket looks best of the rest.
