All of these bar Indian Raj have won on the track and he's never raced here. Alfredo Arcano has won eight times here but has been racing over 6f recently and was in the lead at this trip before fading behind Big Gossey three weeks ago. The winner is 5lb higher and could only finish around 3 lengths fourth behind ECCLESIASTICAL earlier. The latter was having only his third start on the surface and can overcome a 5lb rise. Maggie Thunder gave notice of an imminent victory when a close 4th on her penultimate start and duly obliged three weeks ago though this looks tougher. Pulse Of Shanghai's hat-trick here in the autumn came over 7f while three-times track winner Arcanears may just need this after a break.
