In depth

Verdict

Harry's Bar has proved a shrewd purchase from James Fanshawe, winning a Listed contest here then beating the smart Speak In Colours easily last month. He had little chance in the hugely lucrative Saudi Sprint last time and this is more his level. His stable companion Current Option has never run here but ended last summer is superb form, winning three of his last four including a Tipperary Group 3 in October. Harpocrates was only beaten a neck in the Group 3 Acomb Stakes when trained by Aidan O'Brien and has run well here but this can go to SAN ANDREAS. He gained his third track victory over 7f very impressively a fortnight ago and his young rider's claim should give him the edge.
