Pillar has won three times here though it's taken 38 starts to reach that total. Jered Maddox had Beleaguerment a head behind when third here twelve days ago where he was staying on strongly. The latter had every chance so the form should be confirmed with sixth-placed It's All A Joke also held. Collective Power couldn't get close to the well-supported Adams Barbour twelve days ago but had King's View, Slade Runner and Teddy Boy behind though the latter didn't get a clear passage. SAMROQUE had earlier been beaten a length by that winner when conceding 7lb on what was only her fourth start on the track, having won her previous race here. Ross O'Sullivan's filly looks to have the edge over several of these on that form.
