Verdict

SUTTER COUNTY seemed to relish the move to 7f when taking a competitive Goodwood handicap very recently and is expected to try to repeat the make-all tactics that proved so effective in Sussex. If that race six days ago has not taken its' toll, he should prove hard to catch once again. Seven Heavens was better last time but continues to suggest he is still not realising full potential and it will be interesting to see his reaction to this idiosyncratic track. Kodiline should have a good season but may need this whereas Solomon's Bay, who impressed at Yarmouth last season, gives the impression he's coming to the boil and could prove the main danger.
