Verdict
Richard Hughes has his string in fine form and Alnoory is a strong candidate for the yard on the back of a promising debut when a half-length second at Lingfield on the all-weather last month. She was reeled in late on that day and Pat Cosgrave may well set out to make all and go for home early. She looks the one to beat but is far from bombproof as TOKYO DREAMER stayed on well in that contest to come home just a head away in third spot. Admittedly, he had the benefit of considerable experience but he is going the right way and came forward again next time when a good Doncaster third in a better contest. He rates the value option. Lucy Lockett shaped well on debut and will improve, whilst Quick Away is surely better than her debut at Chester and well worthy of consideration.
