In depth
Verdict
Sovereign Prince was runner-up to a subsequent Group 2 winner at Nottingham in July but then failed to land the odds at Wolverhampton and is conceding weight all round on his handicap debut. Galileo Glass has won two of his last three but is upped in grade and Safra has a bit to prove on Turf. Watchya steps up a furlong but is improving and could make a race of it with DEVASBOY. Mark Johnston’s colt finished second behind the useful Bullet Force at Musselburgh before overcoming a tardy start to beat a small field at Brighton. He should have no problems with this track on that evidence.
