        Verdict

        Marlay Park comfortably beat Gosnay Gold and George Morland here earlier in the month but stablemate OTAGO proved too good over track and trip in July and is 6lb better off so may prove the pick of Jim Boyle’s trio. Sir Oliver was another to score over course and distance last time, stepping up from 6f, with Sadiqaa a recent winner at Newmarket. Epsom Faithfull is on a hat-trick after victories at Goodwood and Lingfield and can’t be left out of calculations.
