In depth

Verdict

BERRAHRI bids for a Derby double having won the jump jockeys’ version here earlier in the month, beating Aced It and Byron Flyer in the process. John Best’s veteran loves it here and can get the better of Joanna Mason’s mount Arctic Emperor, the pick of the three-year-olds on the form book. Sarvan has only raced over this longer trip once before and was well beaten.
