In depth

Verdict

This can go to Gentle Beau, who looked to have a bright future ahead of him after leaving a favourable impression in his two starts to date. Phillip Hobbs does well with this type of horse and he can only improve from here if he is successful today. Blue Endeavour is another who should be noted in the betting but he needs to improve on his debut effort to get the better of the selection. Fountain Hill and Odd Job are others for the notebook.
