    Verdict

A low draw is an advantage here so St George's Head, placed at Dundalk on his debut before well beaten at Naas, is at a disadvantage on the wide outside. Graduate Goddess has a nice berth on the inside and showed good pace for a long way at Dundalk but the form pick has to be LAUREL GROVE. She's by Zoffany out of a winning miler so will have found 5f too sharp at Naas where she was staying on nicely at the finish. Potala Palace is the sixth foal of a mare who has already produced five winners though all over much further than this and though Eclector should have enough pace a position on the outside won't be a help. Ha'penny Bridge has a speedy pedigree and with her stable in form she can give a good account.
