Caesar's Comet has been here three times and won twice, the latest off tonight's mark. He ran well at the Curragh on Sunday and could prove stronger than stable companion Make A Challenge, who makes his handicap debut. Beckwith Place would have a chance second to none on his fine run at the Curragh earlier this month but has never raced on fast ground so some rain would greatly aid his cause. Angels won twice for Tim Easterby and has gradually dropped to a winnable mark but the vote goes to the progressive KHAFAAQ. Andy Slattery's charge made a winning start in handicaps over a mile at Gowran and though easier ground conditions would help he should be capable of defying a 5lb rise.
