      Verdict

      A number of trainers will be kicking themselves after seeing an attrotious line up for decent prizemoney. Of those with any realistic chance, Able Native has to be the call and he is given the TEAMtalk nod . When Richard Guest gets on board any of Norman Mason's horses, due notice should be taken and he will be priced accordingly. The horse would probably prefer it a little softer than today's official going but he should have come on for a couple of spins over the smaller obstacles. Heather Dalton is always respected in events like this but she looks to have her work cut out with Tortugas. Manolito has shown nothing since a two year absence but the quality of this field is so poor that he could well run into a place.
