      Verdict

      Comex Flyer was strongly fancied by this column to land a prize on Saturday at Uttoxeter but he had the misfortune to run into a very useful opponent in Fait Le Jojo. That said, he wasn't totally disgraced on the day and compensation awaits in this weaker contest for the TEAMtalk selection. Anything Mrs Jodi acheived over hurdles was a bonus for chasing maestro, Malcolm Jefferson. She is a better horse on a softer surface and is best watched today. Fare Dealing comes here fit after a second to Moon Glow in a very modest chase at Plumpton. More is needed against two progressive rivals.
