Verdict

Shining Torch could be one to note in handicaps after this but Richard Hannon appears to have a better chance today with Aspire Tower, who wasn’t beaten far by a decent yardstick at Goodwood last time. Havana Rocket was fourth here last month and Knightshayes won easily at Lingfield, despite being the rank outsider, and should make a bold bid to follow up under her penalty but a couple of debutants catch the eye in this. NED MACKAY is a half-brother to three winners between 1m and 1m4f so the trip won’t be problem and he can make a winning start ahead of the €60,000 purchase Nivaldo.
