        Verdict

        Moonstream looks the one to beat in the finale with Janbre and Aurazure the best of the remainder. The selection was an impressive winner when defeating Quid Pro Quo in a bumper at Exeter last time. He was not particularly strong in the market that day so the suspicion is that Nicky Henderson thought he might need the run, and with bags of improvement anticipated, it will be a major surprise if he is not good enough to take this. Janbre is the danger as he was a fair second behind Lazerito at Towcester and if he improves for that run he will give our choice the most to do. Of the rest, Aurazure is a well-bred sort who travelled well for a long way in a bumper behind Harris Bay last time and looks the type that will do well over hurdles so he could be interesting if the market speaks in his favour. The market should also be monitored to gauge the chances of the newcomers, but Moonstream sets a fair standard here and gets the vote.
