Verdict
A good race in prospect and Grey Report is fancied to pick up where he left off behind Cornish Rebel at Newbury just after Christmas and lead them all a merry dance here. Narwal is an obvious threat and has to be seriously considered as an improving sort. As do Over The Creek and Golden Nougat, who are both shaping up nicely and are worth bearing in mind for future reference. The same comments apply to the Brendan Powell-trained Prince Aurum, who has been the subject of good reports, and he could make an impact somewhere along the line in due course. However, Grey Report sets a good standard from what he has archived so far and that is good enough to give him a solid recommendation this afternoon.
