It will be interesting to see what Super Sensation achieves on his first start in a handicap but a safer option looks to be with another handicap debutant Ocean Pride, who is preferred to Compton Star. The last mentioned was good value for his win at Huntingdon last time but a combination of faster ground and a 3lb rise leaves him with more to do so he looks best watched. Etendard Indien ran better last time but is on a long losing sequence so may be best watched, while He's The Gaffer probably needs some help from the handicapper. Gary Moore's Krasivi's Boy has been lightly raced over hurdles of late and, given the trainer's record with runners here, has to be respected but preference is for Ocean Pride. David Pipe's gelding has shown gradual improvement of late and looks reasonably well treated for his debut in this grade.
