    Verdict

Bangor winner Waldo's Dream has to be respected but Peter Bowen's gelding is far from certain to stay this far and preference is for Colonel Frank, with Windsor Boy rated the pick of the remainder. The selection showed improved form over fences when last seen and has been off the track since February 2005 but reverts to hurdles for his return off a very favourable mark and Brendan Powell's gelding may be worth chancing. Fordingbridge may be open to improvement but was well held when last seen and looks best watched, while Mylo has proven to be hard to win with. Knocker Jock looks to be going the right way and has place claims but more solid claims are probably held by David Pipe's Windsor Boy who is better than recent form would suggest. Colonel Frank is potentially well treated though and looks worth chancing on his reappearance.
