Verdict

ON FIDDLERS GREEN was heavily supported in this last year and came home in great style from Aranhill Chief. Henry De Bromhead's charge is 13lb higher which is hardly surprising given he warmed up with a victory at Roscommon and he can complete the long-range double. The runner-up has only had two runs this year with the intention of going one better and they are the only course and distance winners in the line-up. Top Of The Town beat today's rival Baily Moon at Tipperary but ran poorly behind him at Limerick last time though that wasn't his form and there's little between the pair. Thanks For Tea has a decent weight advantage with the latter for a 3l beating at Limerick while Phil's Magic is running really well and looks reasonably treated at his best though is very closely matched with Mr Boss Man on recent form. Sir Jack Yeats has only had two runs over fences and won them both so he could get involved from the bottom of the weights.
