Verdict

Down In Neworleans had just over three lengths to spare over Gracchus at the Festival here but the latter should get closer on the revised terms, though he's since disappointed at Ballinrobe. Both will win their share over fences but on this occasion may have to give best to DR WHIZZ. Thomas Mullins' charge is comfortably the most experienced of the trip and, after a very easy victory in a Punchestown handicap, he was rather ambitiously aimed at the Plate and not surprisingly never got involved. Spill The Beans was further behind Down In Neworleans here and is held by Casey Top on their run at Kilbeggan in June.
