    Verdict

A wide open handicap here and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Greenwood, Grizedale, Mutamared and Middleton Grey and the tentative vote is given to Grizedale. The selection was a fair fourth behind Stage Secret last time out. He runs off the same mark here and in an open event he looks the value bet. Greenwood rates the main danger as he was in front of the selection in the same race last time out but the selection did not get a clear run on that occasion and on the same terms here he is taken to gain his revenge. Mutamared is another worthy of respect on his best form but he gave the impression he was in the handicapper's grip when in mid-division behind Alfonso last time and for that reason he is opposed. Middleton Grey ran as if about to hit form when fourth behind Tiber Tiger last time and is another with place claims off this mark but in a race that throws up more questions than answers, for the winner we return to Grizedale.
