Verdict

Call Me Katie was third to better-fancied stablemate Leafhopper at Newmarket but that form has yet to be franked. Lady Lynetta belied odds of 50/1 when third at Newbury and probably matched the performance of the Gosden filly. The Dark Angel filly Nibras Shadow is a half-sister to three winners and cost 52,000gns but FESTIVAL DAY is also an interesting newcomer. Sister to a Listed winner, Mark Johnston’s Dubawi filly has an entry in the Rockfel Stakes at the end of the month so is obviously held in some regard.
