In depth

Verdict

The course experience held by Stoop To Conquer gives him the edge over the improving Strangely Brown and Magical Quest, who are just a couple of others that come into this on the back of good recent efforts that leave them with sound claims here. Whereas the drying ground appears to have gone against Moonshine Beach and his hat-trick bid looks destined to fall frustratingly short of the mark. Aurellia is interesting now that she is upped in trip. However, she did run a little flat on her reappearance and may be best watched today. Strangely Brown is another that has really found his racing feet now that he has been asked to go over two miles. He has won his last two races with a fair bit in hand and a bold should be forthcoming. It remains to be seen how he will act on his first try on an undulating surface and it may be prudent to employ a watching brief on the market for signs of confidence before getting involved. Therefore, we prefer the proven ability of Stoop To Conquer, who has already proved that he can stay balanced when asked to quicken around here.
