Pineapple Express returned to Turf with an emphatic victory over the course and distance and was heavily supported back at Dundalk but ran poorly. Legal Thriller, a winner at Dundalk, is 0-14 on Turf while Acari has only won twice in 24 starts, though reappeared with a good run at Tipperary. Slieve Bearnagh made a successful reappearance at Roscommon last summer but is 9lb higher so a chance is taken with BLYTON, who won three sprints for Tom Dascombe back in 2018. He's never won for Luke Comer but started out on a mark of 92 and is now on 70. His second place at the Curragh shows there are still races in him and Nathan Crosse is excellent value for his claim.
