Verdict

Mr Grumpy and Born Innocent were both easy winners last time but have been raised 8lb and 9lb respectively. Maulesden May and Planetaria have both been beaten since recording wins at Redcar earlier this year and Mecca's Missus is weighted to reverse running with the latter. WELD AL KHAWANEEJ went close over track and trip a week ago when just failing to catch Bajan Rebel. He’s preferred to recent Wetherby winner Simply Clever, who is raised in class off a higher mark, and gets the vote to go one better.
