Verdict

JUST LILLE looks the pick of this quartet, with a disappointingly small field set to contest the feature race on the card. She won this race two years ago, but has since only won once despite having a busy schedule. Regularly placed, including in her last couple of outings which included a listed race at Pontefract, she's shown a good attitude and always runs her race. Silver Games may give her the stiffest test; 4th in the Sandringham at Royal Ascot when racing from out of the handicap and a wide draw, that followed a narrow victory, her first in a year since losing her maiden tag. There may be further improvement to come. Feeling Fab has left backers feeling anything but since winning a nursery in October, and was last of nine last time out in a York handicap. That run can be forgiven, but she's shown a tendency to run too keenly early on and having little left at the finish. Casino Night is rated well below her three rivals, and makes little appeal. Her three wins at this distance have all come when there's been some cut in the ground. It may be tight at the top of the market, but our preference is for Just Lille.
