Verdict
A potential minefield for punters here however a move for King Kenny would look significant and he gets the vote over Ceka Dancer. Stuart Parr's colt was a no-show last time out at York when he failed to get home. He has run his best race to date over this sort of trip and he can gain that elusive first win at the seventh time of asking. Ceka Dancer hasn't been seen for a while, but this Danehill Dancer filly has shown plenty of ability in five runs to date however she is not sure to get this trip on breeding. The newcomers don't jump out on breeding, although Woody Waller represents a trainer starting to hit the mark with his juveniles. The form of Circus Clown's debut run is working out very well (winner Moonquake gone on to be close third in King George V stakes at Royal Ascot) but he was beaten by ten lengths and he needs to have learnt from that run which is more than likely. Green Diamond is no stable star but is officially the one to beat on paper, and this ground will suit this son of Green Desert more than a bog at Ripon last time. Not a race that makes much appeal, but narrow preference is for King Kenny.
