Verdict
An interesting maiden with plenty of promising types on show including Glen Ida, Lithos and Saadigg but the vote goes to Kristinor. The selection is a son of Inchinor trained by James Fanshawe and is related to, among others, Pursuit Of Love. He showed promise on his Newmarket debut in July but should do better now, in particular with the cut in the ground that he gets today and looks the percentage call. Glen Ida also showed promise first time out on a soft surface at Sandown and rates a big danger, especially with Michael Bell's stable in good form at present. Lithos showed at Goodwood last time that he handles cut in the ground and is another worthy of a mention, along with the Michael Jarvis-trained Saadigg. The son of Indian Danehill makes his debut on turf following two starts on the Polytrack and is entitled to improve, especially with the stable's juveniles in such good form. Jamie Osborne's Lithos and Commendable Coup from the yard of David Barron are others worthy of a mention but the vote goes to Kristinor, who is taken to open his account.
