This is a wide open finale, with the ground probably testing at this stage of proceedings, and a chance is taken that RED SKIPPER can lead them home, with Pitbull and Agilete the others to note. The last named took an apprentice race last time in game fashion, showing bravery to squeeze through a narrow gap, but he is not as effective on this type of ground and may be found wanting. Pitbull has been running some solid races recently, notably when just touched off close home at Pontefract, and he looks the main danger, as he handles testing conditions. Red Skipper's only previous success came a year ago on soft ground, and his winless run since sees him race off only a 1lb higher mark here. He was narrowly beaten at his only previous attempt at this trip and Red Skipper can land another success for Noel Wilson's in-form Flaxton Yard.
