Verdict
A tight little handicap rounds off proceedings, and we think those with best claims are Amber Queen, Midnight Muse and Paint The Town Red, and the last named is our selection. A winner last time out on the all weather, Hugh Collingridge's colt steps up in class for his handicap debut. It's only his fourth outing, and will need to continue the improvement shown to date to land the spoils. Jack Mitchell's on board claiming 5 pounds, making the top weight Amber Queen. She's pretty unexposed, with this being only her third race. She won a similar contest at York in impressive style last month, and looks the main danger. Midnight Muse will have support too; a narrow second at Redcar last month in a similar race, this is probably her level, having finished last in a group 3 event at Chester in the spring. Plenty of chances among the small field, and we'll side with Paint The Town Red
