Verdict

Australian challenger The Astrologist needed the run at York last month. He’s being aimed at Royal Ascot though is penalised for landing a Group 3 back home in December. JUMBY never figured in the Lockinge last time but won the Group 2 Hungerford Stakes over today’s trip at Newbury last summer and a bold bid is expected. El Caballo landed a Group 2 sprint here early last year and will be sharper for a pipe-opener on heavy ground at Doncaster while The Wizard Of Eye is a Listed winner and is weighted to beat both Boardman and Gorak.
