          Verdict

          In These Shoes made a winning reappearance at Beverley and has leading claims once again despite a 5lb rise. Out Of Shadows failed to cope with a rise in the weights after winning at Wolverhampton while both Chartwell House and Hougoumont need to improve on what they’ve shown in handicaps so far. ROYAL CHARTER has been out of action since struggling in a Group 3 race last summer but had three subsequent winners behind when winning at Newmarket before that and this extra furlong will suit on his return.
