    Verdict

SANCTUARY is given the vote to break his maiden tag in the finale with both Tricky Situation and newcomer Gulf Of Aqaba worthy of mention. The selection improved from his debut run to finish an eyecatching second of 10 behind Devotion To Duty over course and distance recently. He only went down by a neck that day and if repeating the same level of form he will be difficult to beat. Trick Situation finished a decent second at Nottingham on his only run as a two-year-old last season and ran with great credit on his seasonal reappearance at this venue. He steps up two furlongs in trip which ought to suit so warrants plenty of respect. Newcomer Gulf Of Aqaba comes from a yard that have done well with their debutants this season and the market will be the best guide to his chance. Sanctuary has the best form in the race and is thought good enough to win this maiden.
