Verdict

French Art popped up at a decent price at Newcastle last week. He's been raised 6lb but won off a higher mark at this time last year and would get the vote if it wasn't for the presence of TAROOQ. Richard Fahey's lightly-raced five-year-old made good progress last year and there should be plenty more to come dropped in class for his return to action. After 27 starts on turf without success, Hits Only Jude has won his last two and can not be easily dismissed despite an 8lb rise, with Cono Zur and Bajan Flash making most appeal of the remainder.
