    Verdict

    A disappointing turn out of just two for a decent prize, with what will probably be a cat-and-mouse contest. Both horses appreciate fast conditions underfoot and have shown their best form on the surface and off level weights it could just pay to side with Harlestone Grey. Rated 3lbs higher than his rival he may just have the race set up for him by Murghem, who of the pair, is the likely pacemaker.
