In depth
Verdict
Sacrifice a good third behind Espio De La Ronce last time is taken to score with conditions in his favour. Alpha Romana rates the main danger on his best form but he took a heavy fall last time out and it will be interesting to see if his confidence has been effected. Eveies Boy has been in fair form of point-to-points of late and if he takes to these regulation fences he could go well at a fair price. Valjean showed nothing over hurdles and he will need to improved significantly on all his two mile form to score. Of the remainder Carl's Boy is in form and is worth a cautionary look in the market.
