Verdict

Galata Bridge looked to have leading claims in a novices’ handicap at Stratford yesterday. Follow Intello won twice on the Flat and Island Nation was a dual winner on the all-weather. The latter won a handicap hurdle at Perth in July but is looking a little exposed and carries a penalty. Bricklagger and ARGONAUTA have both won bumpers and Tom Lacey’s gelding is bred for jumping so can make a winning start over timber. Global Protektor is a likely improver so is worth a market check.
