Verdict
Blackberry Way, Pure Platinum and Beau Coup look the three to concentrate on in this novices chase and the confident vote goes to Blackberry Way. The selection was clear when falling last time out in a better race and if her confidence has not been effected she will be hard to beat under conditions that suit. Pure Platinum rates the main danger he showed a modicum of ability over hurdles in better races and hails from a top yard so he is worth noting in the market. Beau Coup ids another worthy of respect. He won well on his debut before struggling under his penalty last time out. He looks sure to run his race under his optimum conditions but he looks to have plenty of weight and he will need to improve again to win off this mark. Presence Of Mind was thrown straight into handicap company for his chase debut but was completely outclassed. However he will find this much easier. Of the remainder Father Paddy was a fair second behind Bolton Barrie last time out and is sure to strip fitter here and is another with place claims but for the winner we return to Blackberry Way.
