In depth
Verdict
Mystic Glen has found the winning thread and can benefit from the weight that she receives from Le Royal to follow up, with Tin Healy's Pass and Kristiansand expected to figure. Mystic Glen was a very comfortable winner at Musselburgh last week on what was only her second outing over fences, and as she is entitled to improve again, Peter Niven's mare should be capable of following up under Graham Lee. She gets nearly a stone from Le Royal who is not certain to be suited by this dramatic drop in trip after staying on late here last time. He is yet to win over fences, and that may still be the case at the end of this contest. Tin Healy's Pass responded to a first-time visor to score at Hexham last month, but that was a moderate affair and he needs to find more, while Kristiansand will find topweight tough to overcome as he bids to get recent losses back. All in all, Mystic Glen appears capable of more and is the pick.
