Verdict
The four-year-old Our Thomas won a maiden on this sort of ground at Wetherby in October and though well beaten in the Fred Winter at Cheltenham has a good chance here receiving 12lb from the two winners. Road To Gold has won twice over the minimum trip here since December, both times on heavy going. He should have no problems stepping up in trip but may find SHARP RISE too strong. Pauline Robson's charge has won four times over hurdles and fences, all in the kind of conditions he'll face here. He would have won at Perth the last time he ran over timber and though returning from a break looks the one to be on. Grexit showed nothing between the flags but made massive strides to chase home The Fresh Prince here last month and further progress can see him in the frame.
