Alan Parker's Rathowen could be of interest on his hunter chase debut having been struggling in handicaps over hurdles and in novice chase events but he has not looked the most natural of chasers and a safer option looks to be LORD WHO with Senora Moss rated the pick of the remainder. The selection has not raced under rules for a year but he has been in good form in points of late and he has solid claims back over regulation fences on the form that he showed over them last season. Almost Blue made a pleasing debut under rules at Perth last month and he may find this coming too soon, while Dr Hellier was well held at Hexham earlier this month and looks best watched. Senora Moss was good value for her win over course and distance two weeks ago and makes more appeal than Belem Ranger, who ran better in a point last time but needs to improve on recent rules form. Preference though is for Lord Who in the hope that he can again translate form between the flags to regulation fences.
