Martiloo finally came good at Perth last month, beating Muwalla, but has been done no favours by a 10lb hike in the weights. Oliver's Gold was successful twice in the spring and is gradually easing back towards a winnable mark. He has the beating of Vengeur De Guye on their run together at Cartmel in May but was behind NICOLAS CHAUVIN at that track last month and they meet on the same terms here. Jimmy Moffatt has booked Richard Johnson for his nine-year-old, who is now starting to look well treated.
