Verdict
Blue Flight hasn’t looked back since scoring at Ascot in January. He has completed a double over this course and distance since, taking the scalp of Black Corton last time, but it’s questionable as to whether those efforts have justified a 14lb hike in the weights. SOME CHAOS is another highly-progressive novice and, though raised 11lb himself, is still getting 8lb from the top weight. He may be worth sticking with though Calipso Collonges followed up a win at Uttoxeter with a second at Ludlow and still has some scope while Rons Dream is a four-times Listed winner whose fall at Wincanton last month was uncharacteristic. Le Reve is in the veteran stage now and seems best at Sandown with course winner Claud And Goldie making more appeal at the weights.
