In depth

Verdict

NINE STORIES can make a winning reappearance at the expense of Bob's Dream and Premier Dane. A progressive novice, his career has been blighted by injury and with connections keeping the faith after such a long absence, that is enough to make us believe that he has shown something worth the training fees. Bob's Dream won off a chase mark of 115. He is clearly in form and rated 4lb below over hurdles. Premier Dane is tried in a tonguestrap. He is difficult to catch right though is not devoid of ability. The Panama Kid has been novice chasing of late without much success. He has shown some aptitude for hurdles in the past so the market is watched. Still At Lunch is a standing dish at this course though has gone up plenty in the weights. Sunarri faced a difficult task in better company last time out and may be more suited to this engagement. Not an easy race to unravel and Nine Stories is the call in it.
