In depth
Verdict
It would come as no surprise if the well-bred Rashiqa, a son of Diesis out of a Green Desert mare who finished third in the Irish 1,000 Guineas, was good enough to make a winning debut in an ordinary event. Sandy Bay made no impression in a Sandown conditions event and needs to improve along with Balerno who was never sighted in a similar heat at Newbury. Tobago Fizz has also cut little ice in maiden company this term and may do better in handicaps.
