Verdict
1000 Guineas entry KESTENNA shrugged off a penalty when returning an easy winner over track and trip. The Gosdens filly faces a tougher task in this but further progress looks on the cards. Thank You Next fail to beat a rival at Lingfield on her return but finished second in the Group 3 Oh So Sharp at Newmarket last year and steps up in trip today while Lilac Road returns to action with a chance having ran well in the Group 2 May Hill at Doncaster last autumn.
