In depth

Verdict

A difficult race with a number of potentially well treated individuals who are unexposed over the trip including Jazmeer. Marcus Tregoning's charge showed the benefit of experience when landing a Goodwood maiden on the second of two starts last term and is open to any amount of improvement while both Mulabee and Leadership are others who look capable of further progress this season. Del Mar Sunset scored nicely on the all-weather but faces a stiffer task while Movie King has to defy a 5lb rise for his latest success at Windsor. A tentative vote goes to Yakimov who has shown little in maiden company but it will be surprising if he can't figure here from what looks a most favourable mark on his handicap bow.
