    Verdict

Dark Parade gets a narrow vote over Rehearsed, with Follow On, Tavalu and Longhill Tiger all worth considering. Jamie Spencer rode Dark Parade to victory at Bath on what was his first outing for David Evans, and indeed his first run for six months. He then failed to defy a 6lb rise when dropped back in trip at Nottingham, but was only just touched off, and back over this more suitable trip, and with 'Frank' on board, he should go close. Rehearsed was a progressive three-year-old last year, and will be a stayer to follow this term, but might just need the run today, while Follow On was slightly unlucky in running at Lingfield, and is another that will benefit from this longer journey. Tavalu has been kept in trim with a spin over hurdles, and Longhill Tiger tries the trip for the first time but has shaped as though he will stay. There are plenty to consider, but our vote goes to Dark Parade.
